Hi Robyn.

I’m not sure what you are referring to. Do you have a copy of the letter? No correspondence has been sent from our office regarding the timeframe for submissions.

Regards,

Andy

Dear Andy and Joel we recently saw a letter where you extended the time for submissions until the 16th of Aug

Yet this recent communication from you - does not mention this fact - nor is this on the  Councils website

Can you confirm this extension ?

Hi XXXXXXXX

Council can consider objections up to the date it makes a decision on the development plan.

If you were to make a submission before 14 August (two weeks after the formal closing date), Council will still accept it.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this further.

 Regards,

Andy
