It is intended that TRY Australia Children’s Services will operate an Education and Care Service (as defined in the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010) from the premises, primarily for the benefit
of the ratepayers of the City of Banyule (including those who are socially and/or financially disadvantaged and people with special needs).
Submissions regarding the proposal will be considered in accordance with
Section 223 of the Act.
Written submissions should be forwarded to the Chief Executive Officer, Banyule City Council, 275 Upper Heidelberg Road Ivanhoe or mailed to PO Box 51 Ivanhoe 3079 by 3 September 2013. Any
person who makes a submission incorporating a request to be heard will be entitled to appear in person, or be represented by a person acting on their behalf, before a meeting of the Council.
Submissions are considered
public documents and are available for public inspection for a period of 12 months.

during Victorian school term. The Kindergarten is not open on public holidays.
